Return and Refund Policy

At Opus Artisan Boutique, we strive to ensure every item you receive meets your expectations. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, our return and refund policy is designed to be simple and hassle-free.


Returns

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return. Personalized, custom, or final sale items are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • Timeframe: You may initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition: Products must be returned in the same condition as received. Candles must be unused, jewelry must be unworn, and all packaging must be intact.


Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item sent by us.

  • Once your refund is processed, you will receive an email confirmation.


Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for items of equal value. Please contact us at support@opusartisanboutique.com to arrange an exchange.

  • If the item you want to exchange is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.


Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@opusartisanboutique.com with your order number and a photo of the item.

  • We will provide instructions for returning the item and will cover the shipping cost for replacements.

  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
